I have been with Laura for a short time having had many [web] problems, for many years ...

Laura was helpful in finding me a sensible price for hosting my website and sorting out all the details which was very welcome.

She is amazingly quick at her job, very thorough, easy to work with, enthusiastic and full of ideas which you can take on board or not but at least she does have an opinion which I for one have found really helpful in setting up this new website.

I can't think of anything negative at all. Although she is in the USA and I am in the UK we have very clear communications via numerous emails about what is best for the site and for ME. I would not hesitate for one second in asking her to look after your website for you. You will find she is honest, she works very hard for you and as I said, once she starts a project she doesn't quit until it's finished. Her attention to detail in every aspect of the work is exceptional and despite all the hiccups I've thrown at her, she manages to keep a great sense of humour. In my work, she has been a total asset and made the transition very smoothly and efficiently. I am more than delighted with the results of her work and wish I'd gone to her a lot sooner!

I am an artist/crafts person and visual is very, very important to me. Laura was referred to me by a mutual friend I met over the net. Laura and I emailed and I informed her that I was trying to design it myself but when she started explaining what was involved I found the process to be way over my head.

I describe what I wanted to see and what made me happy in my life and she put that to my site. I was more than happy I went with her. She knows her stuff and the whole time the communication was solid and continuous.

I was so happy that she is my web master also, and when the time came to design the site for my other business there was no hesitation on who was going to do it. Going to both my sites brings me pleasure and happiness to my day. I run my businesses with the rule that the customer should always be satisfied and they should have no regrets with choosing me to do their job. I feel Laura provides the same customer service and there is no question in my mind on who I would refer. That says a lot since even in my hardwood floor business ( which is run on referral basis only ) I get requests for who I would refer on certain contracting needs and so far there is no body on that list except Laura for web site designing. Around 60 % of our customer are in the computer field ( san jose, ca ) and I have boo-koo connections to web designers, human to human contact. I still have no question on why I went with Laura. No regrets at all.
