History
& Samples of Pillinger Graphics Christmas cards, Greeting card
Designs
 Before
Pillinger Graphics offered web site building and maintenance which
is now the mainstay of Pillinger Graphics, I created greeting
cards, mostly Christmas Cards, and other creative graphics
work including collages, from photographs sent by the customers. As
you will see in the samples, I favor working with pet photos, animal
photos of any kind. I am still doing this kind of creative graphics
work and hope to always have a little something in creative graphics
working on the side. Creativity is what makes my work most enjoyable.
whether it is making a custom graphic for greeting cards, Christmas
Ornaments, t-shirts and other gifts in the store, or being creative
with a graphic logo or design for a web
site. Pictured in this paragraph is a Christmas card featuring
one of our German Shepherd Dogs with our Egyptian Mau cat, on a beach
with a bird in the background. I used five photos to create this card:
Beach background with the bird (much thanks to my sister Diana for
this photo!), cat & dog images cut from two separate photos, a
photo of the hat for on kitty, and a photo of the scarf for on the
dog. "Merry Christmas from Sunny Florida" is the text at
top. This card is available to order at my
Store as
a German Shepherd Christmas card with
a choice of "Happy Holidays" or original greeting.
Below are some more samples of my work. I hope you enjoy them! If
you see something you like in the greeting cards, as-is, I can place
some of these in my
Store for ordering. Because three of our household companions
are German Shepherds, I've met many wonderful German Shepherd dog
owners via the internet. You'll see mostly German Shepherd Dog card
graphics because of this but it in no way limits me to working with
one breed or species. If you'd like to have your pet's photo put into
a Greeting card or Holiday card design, please
inquire!
